If you want to exclude yourself from playing our games, please follow the instructions provided below. We want you to have fun while playing our games, but we also want you to be safe. We have different measures in place to help you enjoy our games responsibly. Playing safely means that all players:
- Play in a manner in which you are aware of your reality. Do not let your game time over take your personal life.
- Don't let games interfere with your work, family, or other commitments.
- Make sure to manage how long you play and how much you spend on in-game Gold Coin purchases.
- Enjoy yourself and have a great experience!
- It's important to avoid playing games while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and if you feel uncomfortable or not in control of your activities.
- Ensure that you allocate enough time to your real-life activities and balance it with your playtime.
To prevent spending excessive time on computer gaming, you can:
- Set an upper or lower limit on the amount you spend on Gold Coin Package(s) per day.
- To set the upper or lower limit, you can write to us at support@Bingo Mania. We will do our best to apply any requested limits as soon as possible, but it may take some time for the limit to be implemented. If you notice that the limit has not been applied, please contact us immediately at support@Bingo Mania
We suggest sending an email to support@Bingo Mania to modify or remove the applied limit. Keep in mind that the requested limit will remain in place for at least twenty-four hours and any modifications may take some time to process.
What are the signs or indicators of Computer Game Behavior Disorder?
You may identify Computer Game Behavior Disorder by observing these behavioral patterns:
- Increased interest in gaming over other interests and daily responsibilities
- Continued increase in playtime hours despite negative consequences
- Lack of control over playtime
- Prioritizing gaming over other activities
Please keep in mind that a diagnosis of computer game disorder requires a behavior pattern that is severe enough to cause significant impairment in personal, family, social, educational, occupational, or other important areas of functioning, and that persists for at least 12 months.
Information about computer game addiction and its symptoms can be found on the following website we have compiled. Additionally, there are many reputable resources available online, including articles, books, and support groups dedicated to this issue. It's important to seek the help of a qualified medical professional who can properly diagnose and treat the disorder. In severe cases, inpatient or outpatient treatment programs may be necessary.

Self-exclusion is a process that allows users to limit their access to online services. Here are the terms and conditions of self-exclusion offered by Bingo Mania LLC.
Self-Exclusion requires the user's commitment to the process. Users are not allowed to bypass the self-exclusion by creating new accounts or disguising their identity.
Self-Exclusion is initiated by the user to limit access to their services. The company will make reasonable efforts to limit the user's access to all brands offered by them and their group. No daily logins will be permitted, and users will not receive any daily login rewards during the self-exclusion period. Self-Exclusion will restrict access to the user's account and block it to prevent further access.
It is suggested that users who request self-exclusion should also unfollow Bingo Mania on all social media channels.
During self-exclusion, users are not allowed to participate in Bingo Mania-related competitions and will not be eligible to win any prizes.
To initiate the Self-Exclusion process, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@Bingo Mania with the subject line "Self Exclusion Request".
- Include your full name, address, and email address in the Self Exclusion Request to help us locate your account and implement the self-exclusion request.
- If we cannot locate your account with the provided information, we may ask for additional details to verify your account.
- There are two options for self-exclusion that you can choose from.
4.1) The first is "Take a Break," which allows you to temporarily close your account for a set period of time. You can choose to take a break for seven, fourteen, or thirty days. During this time, access to your account will be restricted, and you will not be able to reopen it until the specified time has passed. If you do not wish to reopen your account at the end of the break period, you must notify us by email.
4.2) The second option is "Self-Exclusion," which provides more extensive limitations on the use of our services. This option requires a minimum of six months of exclusion, but it can be extended for as long as necessary.
During the Self-Exclusion period, you will not be able to access our Services. If you wish to request access to your User Account again after the initial six (6) months, you can send an email to support@Bingo Mania and request re-opening of your account.
Your reopen request will be logged, and a further waiting period of seven (7) days will apply before access to your account can be granted. After this period has expired, you will receive an email asking if you still wish to reactivate your account.
We may ask you some questions to ensure that re-opening your account is the right option for you.
If we are satisfied that re-opening your account is the right decision, we may reopen it at our sole discretion.
If you wish to close your account without permanently preventing access to our Services, you can send an email to support@Bingo Mania for account closure.
Once your Self Exclusion Request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address associated with your User Account. If you don't receive the confirmation email within seven days of submitting the Self Exclusion Request, please contact us at support@Bingo Mania immediately to let us know that you haven't received it.
Take taken for Self Exclusion Process
The time it takes to complete the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break Request process for your account will be reasonable after verification. Once your request is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that if you choose to continue using your account during the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break Request period, you will be responsible for any activity on your account, such as purchases of Gold Coins. We advise that you log out of your User Account and discontinue access to our social media channels as soon as you make your request.
How can a Self-Excluded account be reversed or changed?
During the Take a Break period, it is not possible to modify the request. Once the period is over, your User Account will be reactivated.
Self-Exclusion status cannot be reversed or modified in any way for a minimum of six (6) months. After this period, you may request reactivation of your User Account, but it will be subject to a seven (7) day waiting period.
It is strictly prohibited to try and bypass a Take a Break or Self-Exclusion by creating a new account, using new email addresses or any other means to conceal your identity. Any attempt to circumvent these safety measures may result in a permanent ban from our Services. We will not be responsible for any actions or purchases made using new or additional accounts to avoid Take a Break or Self-Exclusion.
We will not send any emails to reactivate your account during a Self-Exclusion. Your account will remain inactive until we receive a request from you.
We reserve the right to exclude you from our Services for a definite or indefinite period if we determine that it is not in your best interest to have access to our Services or if you have a gaming addiction.
How are Virtual Coins affected during the Self-Exclusion Period?
During the Self-Exclusion or Take a Break Period, your account will remain inactive. If you reactivate your account, the Virtual Coins will be reinstated to the previous amount immediately before the Self-Exclusion period.
It's important to note that no refunds or transfers of Virtual Coins or any other prize redemptions are allowed during the Self-Exclusion Period.
If you have a pending sweepstakes prize redemption and request a Take a Break or Self-Exclusion, the redemption will not be processed.
Will my account information be retained by Bingo Mania during the Self-Exclusion Period ?
During the Self-Exclusion Period, Bingo Mania will maintain certain information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Bingo Mania will make reasonable efforts to refrain from sending any marketing material via email during the Self-Exclusion. However, we cannot guarantee that you will not receive such material in error. If this occurs, please notify Bingo Mania Customer support@Bingo Mania so that we can address the issue.
If you need to access your account history during this time, you will have to email support@Bingo Mania since you will not be able to access your User Account.
